Our extensive Health & Safety Package is available on request which includes Risk Assessments, Method Statements and relevant Insurance Documents. Public Liability Insurance and professional indemnity is held to a value of £10m.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do you charge?

Every event is different, it is therefore impossible to offer a set price. Factors such as; the location and how long you require our services can all affect the price.  However, we will give you a bespoke quote, in writing, valid for the date of your event.

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes. Once you are happy with our bespoke quote, we will ask for a non-returnable booking fee to secure your date. This can be paid by card; online or over the phone, bank transfer or in cash. We will send you written confirmation of your booking and any part-payments made. The booking fee is deducted from your final balance and we will send you an invoice with instructions on paying the remainder of your balance.

We need to change our dates or venue. What should we do?

We understand that things happen, but should you need to change your dates or venue, for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible.  We will then send you an updated booking confirmation.

We need to cancel our booking. Is there a cancellation fee?

We will be holding your date for you. The potential loss of work in the event of a cancellation is real and tangible therefore we do charge a cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail. No telephone cancellations can be accepted. Cancellations within 30 days prior to the event the cancellation fee is 100% of the balance outstanding, but cancellation before then the only penalty will be the loss of the pre-paid booking fee.

How long will it take for you to set up?

An estimation of set up time will be advised at the point of booking.  In the unlikely event that we are unfamiliar your venue, we can arrange a site visit. Contributing factors would be how accessible your venue is and how much equipment we are bringing.

What will you require at the venue?

We will need a minimum of two 13-amp sockets within 10m of where the equipment is to be placed.

The venue has asked for PAT and PLI documents.

Can we choose our favourite music / provide a play list?

Yes, we are more than happy to receive a list of your favourite songs and requests. We would also encourage preferred music choices from your guests. We will take requests at your event too and have a text request service available.

What will you wear?

All our DJ’s present themselves as clean, tidy and will be dressed smartly with company embroidered black shirt, trousers and black shoes.
